As for prices, in our area, you can expect to pay the following:
- $300,000 and up for road-accessible waterfront lots
- $500,000 and up for basic, road-accessible starter cottages
- $900,000 and up for drive-to properties on Georgian Bay (except for leasehold properties)
- $300,000 and up for starter homes in and around Parry Sound
- $100,000 and up for off-water building lots.
